Consulting

 

Organizational Consulting - Some organizations have not seen the fruits of their diversity efforts. Our organizational consulting services help companies to better define a path for advancing diversity in the workplace in the following ways:

  • Cultural Analysis (Listening Tour). We host 1:1 interviews with multiple key stakeholders to better assess company culture and its alignment with company mission. A report is created upon the completion of a listening tour identifying themes, focus areas, and preliminary recommendations.

  • Policy Analysis. We conduct a policy review to ensure updated language and identify any organizational stalemates to D&I advancement that is embedded in policy.

  • Diversity Strategic Planning Support. We review diversity initiatives and co-create a customized plan with actionable goals and metrics to strengthen and advance D&I.

  • Diversity Crisis Management. We aide companies in crafting and translating D&I messaging when there has been a misalignment of values and actions. We co-construct action items, implementation plans and assessment tools that help bolster D&I messaging.

Individual Consulting - Our individualized consulting services offer counsel and coaching to C-suite executives by identifying effective ways to navigate their workplace to support retention and promote success. We highlight the following: 

  • Brand Management

  • Strategic problem solving

  • Understanding job vs. work

  • Recognizing and understanding vantage points

  • Meeting people where they are

A minimum of six sessions (one block) of consulting services are required to book. Detailed assessments are included at the end of your session block.

Naisha Bradley speaks globally about topics related to strengthening diversity and inclusion and advancing women’s leadership. She has served as a keynote speaker and panelist both nationally and internationally. Her speaking portfolio includes Marie Claire Magazine (Brazil), Wipro Limited, Harvard Business School, and Hult International Business School among others.

 

Training

 

Naisha Bradley is an experienced trainer and interactive workshop facilitator. Her training topics include implicit bias, moving beyond bias, and advancing gender equity. She also trains professionals on strategies for advancement and is open to customizing trainings and workshops based on company needs.
